Ethical business
The business and its claims must be lawful, honest and suitable for public promotion.
Programme process
The process moves from a reviewed application to a client-owned WordPress website with industry keyword optimisation and documented technical evidence.
Programme progress
Six clear stages
Each stage has an owner, a required input and a visible completion point.
Share your business, audience, location, current website status and main website goal.
We review ethics, fit, scope and current capacity. Accepted projects receive their next steps in writing.
You open and own the required accounts. We provide setup guidance and use delegated access where possible.
You supply accurate business information and approved assets. We map core pages to relevant industry search topics.
We build the WordPress website, apply on-page optimisation and complete all 40 technical checks.
You receive account access, the check report, a recorded walkthrough and the editing guide.
The application gives the team enough context to assess fit without asking for account passwords or a sales call.
We ask what the business does, who it serves, where it operates and what the website should help visitors do. We also ask whether a domain, website or Google Business Profile already exists.
The website goal matters because calls, enquiries, bookings and credibility require different page priorities. Content readiness helps us understand what information is available and what needs to be organised before a build can begin.
Referral and campaign details are stored with the application so the team can measure how the programme is discovered. Names, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent to analytics.
We do not create a false acceptance percentage or pretend limited places exist when they do not. The review checks whether the request fits the published scope and whether the team can deliver it properly.
A working website may need a technical SEO audit instead of a rebuild. A complex application may need a separate project discussion.
Selection is based on fit and delivery capacity. We do not publish artificial acceptance percentages.
The business and its claims must be lawful, honest and suitable for public promotion.
The programme suits a simple business website without custom systems or complex transactions.
The applicant can provide accurate services, contact details, business facts and publication rights.
The team must have room to build, check and hand over the site to the promised standard.
The client registers the domain and hosting and keeps the primary account ownership.
CraftDigitally uses a provider invitation or temporary account wherever the platform supports it. Personal passwords should not be sent by email.
After handover, our access is removed unless ongoing support is agreed separately.
Read the programme termsYou pay the provider directly and keep the account. The programme footer links to the full referral disclosure.
The business supplies accurate information. CraftDigitally organises each core page around a clear industry search purpose.
The content stage begins with services, audience, locations, proof, contact information and the action visitors should take. Logos and images must be approved for publication. Health, finance, performance or professional claims must be accurate and supportable.
We assign a relevant search topic to each core page. The map separates the home page from service, about and contact intent, then guides titles, headings, opening copy and internal links. Terms are used naturally and only where they match the visible offer.
The owner reviews the page structure and factual statements before launch. This review protects the business from incorrect services, locations, opening hours or claims entering search results.
When information changes during the project, the keyword map and visible pages are updated together. The final map is included with the handover evidence.
A visually complete website is not treated as finished until the public behaviour has been tested.
We test crawl access, indexability, metadata, headings, links, structured data, mobile performance, forms and measurement.
Failed checks are corrected before handover when the result is controlled by the build. Client-dependent actions are identified clearly.
The report lists the check, status and evidence. It gives the owner a baseline for future maintenance and SEO work.
Handover gives the owner the evidence and knowledge needed to manage the website.
The handover includes the completed 40-check report, a recorded walkthrough and a written editing guide.
Ongoing maintenance, content writing, local SEO and AI search optimisation can be discussed separately. They are never required to keep ownership.
If a working website already exists, the free technical SEO audit is usually the better starting point.
The owner should keep WordPress, themes and plugins updated, monitor form delivery and review Search Console for indexing changes. The handover guide explains the routine editing tasks covered by the website setup.
Tell us about your business. We review every application for fit, scope and current capacity.
